The upgrade details are:

• Thermal runaway protection: including thermal protection in hot environments, thermal protection for improper user use (enclosed environment or fan blocked, etc.)
• The 24V transformer is more stable: the operating temperature can be as high as 70℃, the warranty life is up to 3 years, and the conversion efficiency is as high as 90%.
• Controller rainproof ability: The controller adopts a fully sealed design. Not only is it difficult for rainwater to penetrate. It is also difficult for water vapor to enter the circuit part. The design waterproof ability reaches IPX4 level.
• Manual control of water pump and ozone function: The water pump and ozone can be turned on manually. It is more convenient for users to use in different scenarios.
• Chiller's heating function: The heating function can be selected. In this way, the chiller can not only cool, but also heat. Its heating capacity is more efficient than that of a water heater, and it is more power-saving. 1 kWh of electricity can generate 2 kWh of heat, up to 45°C. The water heater can only generate 0.98 degrees of heat at most with 1 kWh of electricity.

The operating voltage of this ice bath chiller is 220V or 110V, which can be seamlessly integrated with your existing electrical equipment.

Our ice bath chillers are CE certified. The voltage that directly contacts the water is only 24V (water pump and ozone). Even if an accident occurs, the 24V voltage is unlikely to cause harm to people. In addition, the chiller is also equipped with a leakage protection switch to better protect the safety of users.

For the optimization of water quality, we use a 100-micron stainless steel filter and 500mg/h ozone, and the ozone is also equipped with an independent anti-thermal runaway circuit (exclusive in the world), which can extend the service life of ozone by up to 2-3 years.
